Certified Med Aide
with Brenda Smith
Prep for the CMA certification exam. $100 exam fee included. Prerequisites: proficient in reading, speaking and understanding English, HS diploma or GED, current CNA card with CNA work experience (6 months at least), proof of TB skin test, social security card, and government photo ID. You must be fully paid or have a signed payment plan agreement on file at least 7 days prior to the class start date. This class requires a $60 non-refundable fee, which includes application processing and a criminal background check. Registration is pending the results of your background check. CMA Update-CEUs

Earn 8 hours of OSDH-approved continuing education. Renewal application and attendance certificate provided. Prequisites: Current CNA and CMA licenses.

Study automatic controls used in residential and light commercial HVAC electrical operations. Includes lab exercises, shop demonstrations, and mechanical simulations.
Conversational Spanish
with Mary Jones
Almost 8% of the world's population speak Spanish, which includes some amazing travel destinations. Learn to communicate in Spanish with simple statements, common expressions and body language. Learn shopping and travel terms.
Stained Glass Advanced-CAME Method
with Rhonda Cravens
Focus on the CAME binding method and continue honing advance techniques of cutting, grinding and shaping glass. Use lead solder on your finished piece. Class size is limited, so register now!
Additional supplies will be required. These will either be discussed with you during the first session or a list will be emailed to you.
All ICTC campuses will be closed for Spring Break the week of March 13, so this class will not meet that week.

CMA-Advanced: Nasogastric/Gastrostomy/Respiratory

Covers administering meds via nasogastric and gastrostomy tubes and oral inhalers/nebulizers. Includes skills lab and practical experience. Prerequisite: Current CMA License.
Medical Terminology
with Renee Sherrill
Learn the basics of medical terminology. Content includes the study of prefixes, suffixes, and root words and usage of anatomical, diagnostic, surgical, and procedural terms. All ICTC campuses will be closed the week of March 13, so this class will not meet that week.
Knife Making 1
with Randy Tanner
Make a fixed blade, full tang knife with steel bars and resin-impregnated wood handles. You won't use kits or pre-treated blades. Metal forging not included.
